The aim of this document is to provide a high-level overview of the process of certification and a general

overview of component and system warranties. The report showcases examples and experience from the

wind industry to inform EnFAIT project stakeholders of the future potential for both certification and

warranties within Nova Innovation’s product, and the tidal energy sector in general.
